Heads-up
You have selected a future year
2050 hasn't happened yet — it is 24 years after 2026, so nobody can have been born in 2050 and nobody from 2050 exists today. The calculator below will remind you of this too. Meanwhile, here is the timeline people born in 2050 will follow: they turn 1 in 2051, 10 in 2060, 18 in 2068 and 21 in 2071.
What ages will people born in 2050 reach?
Because 2050 is still 24 years in the future, no one born in 2050 exists yet — their age today is effectively zero minus 24. The moment 2050 arrives they are 0, on January 1, 2051 they turn 1, and by December 31, 2068 they are all 18. Pick an earlier year in the directory if you meant a year that already happened.

The exact math
Age is always the year you are asking about − birth year. For 2050 babies that gives:
- 2051 − 2050 = 1 → they turn 1 during 2051.
- 2068 − 2050 = 18 → legal adulthood arrives in 2068.
For an answer exact to the second — including months, days, hours and minutes — use the calculator above, or compare ages with family and friends on our Compare Ages page.
