It is accurate to the second. The calculator counts full calendar years, months and days between your date of birth and the current moment using the same rules calendars follow (including leap years and varying month lengths). If you add your time of birth, hours and minutes are included too, so your age is exact down to the minute — and the live counter keeps ticking every second you are alive.
How do I find my age on a specific past or future date?
